Replacements Only – No Refunds or Store Credit

At TechPulse.pk, we do not offer refunds, store credits, or money-back guarantees under any circumstances.
We only provide replacement of the same product that was originally ordered, subject to the conditions outlined below.


Conditions for Replacement

A replacement request will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement of the same product will be dispatched.


No Exchange or Change-of-Mind Policy

We do not accept returns or replacements for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect item ordered by the customer

  • Product not meeting personal expectations or preferences
